How do we get started? How long does it take to get up and running?
To "get the ball rolling" as they say, first step is to fill out our Information Request Form. A K2 representative will contact you to review our fee structure.
Once you make the decision to move forward, we issue your invoice along with our Terms of Service. Then it takes about a week to complete your live chat setup, including custom video development.
